Access in your name, training and a month of adjustments
No. You pay once, we hand it over, and the code and data stay in your name. The only ongoing cost is hosting, usually a few dollars a month that you can pay the provider directly. If you later want us to keep improving it, that's a separate conversation and entirely optional.
Through a discovery session where you show us how you work today, spreadsheets and paper notebooks included. The proposal with fixed scope and price comes out of that. The session isn't billed and commits you to nothing.
That's the norm and it's part of the design. Screens get built so someone in a hurry can use them without a manual, and training is included. If a system needs explaining to be used, it was designed badly.
Usually yes, depending on whether the other system allows it. We check that during discovery and give you a straight answer on what can and cannot be connected, before you sign anything.
You get back a proposal with the price, the delivery date and what's included in each part. If what you need is smaller than what we do, or you're better off waiting, we'll say so.
