What people always ask before deciding
Money, timelines and what's included in each thing, answered straight. If yours is missing, write to us and we'll answer it.
What does it end up costing?
It depends on the service: a website starts at $450, an online store at $1,200 and a custom system at $2,500. Each service page has its plans with the price published. The exact number comes from the scope, and it reaches you in writing before we start anything.
How long does it take?
A website, one to four weeks. A store or a custom system, four to twelve depending on size. The date is locked before we start and on our side it doesn't slip. The only thing that moves it is content arriving late from your side, and in that case you hear about it the same day.
Do you work with clients outside Ecuador?
Yes. We're based in Quito and work across Latin America and with the United States. Everything runs over video calls and messaging, we bill in US dollars, and so far being in the same city has never been necessary.
Will I show up on Google?
That's the job, and it's included. What we won't promise you is the top spot on a heavily contested search: that takes months of sustained work, and anyone promising it in the first meeting is lying to you.
Can I change things afterward without calling you?
Yes, if the project includes an admin panel. You upload photos, edit prices, publish updates and read the messages people leave. We train you until you're comfortable, and breaking something from there is genuinely hard to do.
Why not build it on WordPress?
Because for what we do it turns out worse. A WordPress site with ten plugins loads slowly, breaks on every update, and is the most common way sites get hacked. We build with Next.js and React, which runs faster and doesn't depend on fifteen unrelated developers maintaining their piece.
What do you need from me?
Half an hour for the first conversation, whatever material you already have (logo, photos, copy), and answers when we ask you something. If you have no photos or copy, that can be produced — but it moves the price and the timeline, and we tell you that upfront rather than halfway through.
What if I want to change something mid-project?
Design and copy adjustments are part of the deal while we're building. What does change the agreement is adding pages or features that weren't in the proposal: those get quoted separately, we talk it through, and you decide whether they go in now or later.
